DECREE No. 746 OF 30th JUNE 2014 OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN 

CONCERNING THE INTRODUCTION OF AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO DECREE NO. 1416 OF 28TH DECEMBER 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN “CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THE LIST OF SUBSURFACE SECTIONS, EXCEPT FOR SUBSURFACE SECTIONS CONTAINING COMMONLY OCCURRING USEFUL MINERALS, TO BE PROPOSED FOR TENDER” 

The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan decrees:

1.  That the following amendments and additions shall be introduced to Decree No. 1416 of 28th December 2013 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Concerning the Approval of the List of Subsurface Sections, except for Subsurface Sections Containing Commonly Occurring Useful Minerals, to Be Proposed for Tender” (the CAPG of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 74, i. 981):

in the List of Subsurface Sections, except for Subsurface Sections Containing Commonly Occurring Useful Minerals, to Be Proposed for Tender as approved by said Decree:

in column 5:

line 22, figures “0.09” shall be replaced with figures “0.9”;
